As a Concierge Agent, you will greet clients curbside, assist with check-in, accompany them to their gate, aid in luggage handling, and coordinate seamless connections to ground transportation or next flights. • High school diploma or equivalent
• two years experience in luxury or VIP services or airport/airline hospitality
• current US work authorization
• valid driver’s license
• ownership of smartphone with Android 5+ or Apple 11+ OS and willingness to download required apps
• excellent written and communication skills
• adherence to company uniform and grooming standards
• flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 70 lbs
• ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
• high proficiency with computer and smartphone applications
• ability to read and interpret manuals
• demonstrated use of Airport Butler technologies after training
