The role of Housekeeping Crew Member at Oak View Group is vital for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of these high-profile venues during various events. This position involves performing custodial and cleaning duties such as preparing cleaning products, cleaning interior and exterior areas of the Coliseum, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, as well as ensuring the safe removal of liquids and debris from walkways during events. Additional responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing restroom facilities, replenishing supplies, washing windows, mirrors, walls, and countertops, and disposing of waste from parking lots and venue areas. The role requires flexibility to work odd or unusual hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and split shifts, particularly in preparation for events. The Housekeeping Crew Member also must follow OSHA and in-house safety guidelines, exercise resource stewardship, and report any irregularities to supervisors. This position pays an hourly rate between $19.00 and $21.00, reflecting the importance of the role and the specialized nature of the work.
