We are currently seeking a full-time Cultivator to join our team. This position is integral to our operations, supporting the growth of healthy cannabis plants through meticulous care and precise cultivation techniques. The role involves working 40 hours per week over five consecutive days, with a schedule that rotates a few times annually. This includes working on holidays and weekends to ensure continuous plant maintenance. The current schedule runs Thursday through Monday from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and possesses an honest work ethic while maintaining compliance with all organizational policies and the Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) regulations. This role requires hands-on experience with nutrient mixing, pruning, pesticide application, and transplanting plants swiftly without causing damage. Candidates will be trained on our methods if they lack experience but should have a foundational understanding of cannabis physiology and basic chemistry applicable to cultivation. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 80 lbs repeatedly and navigate stairs multiple times daily.
