As a Kitchen Leader at Chipotle, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards that define the Chipotle experience. Effective communication with both back-of-house and front-of-house teams is critical to delivering a seamless customer experience, alongside managing inventory and minimizing food waste.
Chipotle offers a competitive base pay ranging from $17.90 to $19.93 per hour, including eligibility for digital tips.
