The role of the Airline Passenger Assistant, also known as the Wheelchair Agent, is a customer service-oriented position focused on fulfilling airline passenger service obligations for passengers requiring or requesting wheelchair assistance. This role is integral to ensuring safe and comfortable transport for passengers needing additional support within the airport premises.
