The current opening is for the position of Barback, a critical role supporting the bartenders and ensuring the bar operates flawlessly. The Barback at h.wood Group will be responsible for providing an immaculate and personalized guest experience by anticipating and fulfilling all guest needs and requests efficiently. This role demands an individual who is highly attentive, proactive, and committed to fostering a hospitable environment that aligns with the company’s standards of service and luxury. Responsibilities include making sure the bar is fully stocked at all times, cutting garnishes, clearing tables and glassware, and maintaining overall cleanliness of the bar area. The ideal candidate will exhibit a willingness to receive and offer direction, have a strong solution-oriented mindset, and possess the capacity to work in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality setting. Open availability is preferred to accommodate the varying hours of operation, further emphasizing the need for flexibility and dedication.
