The Concierge team embodies the community’s values by delivering exceptional customer service, supporting multiple departments, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. Working part-time with scheduled shifts on Fridays and Saturdays from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, this role offers a chance to join a dynamic, fast-paced team that values people first and service always. Starting pay ranges from $18.00 to $19.00 per hour, reflecting the importance Clearwater places on rewarding quality team members. The Concierge contributes significantly by setting a warm and professional tone at the front entrance, lobby, and reception areas. This individual is responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, managing correspondence, and assisting with administrative tasks that support the community’s daily operations. • High school diploma or GED required
• A minimum of one year of work experience in senior living, hospitality or in related field preferred
• Background clearances as required by government regulations
• Must meet health requirements, including TB
• Current First Aid/CPR/BLS certification a plus
