• High school diploma or GED
• Ten or more years of experience in military or civilian aviation maintenance control
• Completion of U.S. Armed Forces aviation maintenance control courses, equivalent curriculum or three years of on the job training
• Ability to coordinate aircraft maintenance
• Ability to operate two-way communication equipment and speak clearly and concisely
• Knowledge of aircraft maintenance records and forms
• Knowledge of T-44/T54 aircraft preferred
• Ability to input data into computer databases and type at least 35 words per minute
• Ability to understand and apply applicable maintenance and technical manuals and publications
• Ability to kneel, stand, stoop and bend occasionally
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
