Your responsibilities extend to managing daily housekeeping operations, conducting regular inspections, and generating reports to guarantee standards and productivity levels are consistently met or exceeded. This role is pivotal in maintaining safety and compliance protocols, as it includes managing responsibilities involving the "Lost and Found" items, key control, and security of sensitive areas within the hotel. Access to critical hotel areas, such as storage rooms, liquor rooms, secured filing cabinets, and guest rooms with master keys, requires integrity and strict adherence to safety standards. Additionally, you will be expected to provide training and ongoing support to the housekeeping staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment that encourages team development and operational excellence. The position demands excellent communication and leadership skills, as you will frequently step into the Housekeeping Manager's role when necessary.
