Reporting within this energetic department, the Admissions Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of campus visit programs and events that showcase the unique opportunities available at PFW. This role offers an annual salary of $41,600.04 and emphasizes hands-on leadership in managing both daily and large-scale admissions events. The Admissions Events Coordinator will organize daily campus visit programs known as Don Days, which provide prospective students and their families with personalized tours and comprehensive information about the university’s academic programs, campus resources, and student life. In addition to these routine visits, the coordinator will oversee major events such as Spring Campus Visit Day, Fall Campus Visit Day, and Admitted Student Day, each designed to create meaningful engagement and facilitate the recruitment of high-quality students. The responsibilities encompass every aspect of event management— from logistics including venue selection, technology setup, and catering to registration and scheduling. This role requires close collaboration with office staff and student ambassadors who help ensure events run smoothly and attendees receive exceptional service. The Admissions Events Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for prospective students and families during these recruitment experiences, addressing inquiries and providing on-site support to guarantee a welcoming environment. Data collection and analysis are fundamental components of the position, as the Admissions Events Coordinator evaluates attendance metrics and feedback to continuously improve event programming.
