The Executive Concierge position at TRWD Administration Building is a vital role designed to provide specialized office support and exceptional front-line service to visitors. This position acts as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring that everyone who enters the building feels welcomed, valued, and engaged, reflecting TRWD's sophisticated culture and professionalism. Beyond welcoming guests, the Executive Concierge supports various administrative functions. These include conducting detailed research to personalize guest interactions, providing project and event assistance, and supporting the Executive Team. Key administrative responsibilities involve managing staff reimbursements, accounts payable paperwork, serving as a procurement card coordinator, and assisting with travel and meeting arrangements. This role demands a high level of initiative, resourcefulness, and the ability to work independently while maintaining communication with stakeholders.
Other significant areas of responsibility include assisting with scheduling meetings for the Executive Team and cross-training Administrative Services staff to handle concierge duties effectively. The role encompasses event coordination, including planning and executing meetings and special projects, and continuously seeks innovative solutions to improve processes. Additional duties also include supporting budget entry and reporting, providing backup support for basic administrative services, and maintaining familiarity with the district's strategic service levels.

- Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED plus four years of professional or similar experience
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Two to four years of administrative professional experience
- Proficiency in MS Office products including Word and Excel
