  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
  • Prior leadership role experience required
  • College or culinary schooling preferred
  • Ability to comply with state age requirements for alcohol-serving managers
  • Available to work varied shifts and weekends
  • Ability to stand for full shifts and walk extensively
  • Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and use hands for handling tools and controls
