OnTrac is currently hiring two Fleet Traffic Control Specialists to join its dynamic team at the Reno Hub located at 9715 N. Virginia St., Reno, NV 89506. The roles have two possible shift schedules: Sunday through Thursday from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM or Tuesday through Saturday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with shifts possibly varying to meet business needs.
The Fleet Traffic Control Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the operational efficiency of OnTrac’s fleet department. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage all aspects of fleet maintenance records, process fleet invoices daily, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, this role serves as a vital communication link between facility personnel, corporate employees, and various vendors. Handling telephone calls, managing files and data entry, and maintaining fleet costing sheets are essential day-to-day duties that require precision and organizational skills.
Candidates with at least two years of administrative or clerical experience—preferably with a background in fleet management—are ideal for this position. A high school diploma is required, along with a strong sense of empathy, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
