Hubbell Lenoir City is currently seeking dedicated Polymer Concrete Casters to join their production team operating on a unique Monday through Thursday schedule from 4 PM to 2:30 AM, with mandatory overtime on Fridays and Saturdays as needed. This role entails casting covers or boxes using various individual mold platforms, mixing and pouring polymer concrete, and integrating reinforcing materials such as fiberglass and rebar to ensure product strength and quality. The position offers a starting wage of $20.00 per hour, with an additional 10% shift differential, incentive pay opportunities, and a retention bonus of $1,000 after 90 days of employment.
