Currently, GardaWorld Security Services is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Concierge Security Officers in Tucson, Arizona. This role offers a unique blend of security duties combined with a strong focus on customer service. As a Concierge Security Officer, you will be positioned in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers where establishing meaningful connections and providing reassurance to visitors and staff are paramount. The position is full-time with two shift options: one offering 32 hours per week with a set schedule from Monday to Thursday mornings plus a Saturday evening shift, and the other offering 38 hours per week with afternoon, night, and weekend shifts. The role commands a competitive hourly wage of $18, and GardaWorld supports its employees with DailyPay, allowing early access to wages. The Concierge Security Officer role at GardaWorld is designed not only to maintain security but also to provide excellent customer service. Officers greet and verify visitor identities, manage access control, and perform regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential risks. Additionally, the role involves inspecting security equipment, responding calmly and professionally to incidents, administering first aid when necessary, and coordinating with emergency responders. You will maintain clear communication by answering inquiries both in-person and over the phone, documenting incidents, and ensuring the safety of people and property at all times.
