The role of Director of Operations at Compass Group offers an exciting opportunity for experienced leaders to manage and grow multi-unit food service operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This full-time role, offering a competitive salary range between $130,000 and $135,000 with eligibility for bonuses, places a strong emphasis on operational excellence and customer satisfaction. The director will actively participate in business development activities including the sales process for acquiring new accounts.
