The Membership Concierge I role at Life Time is a pivotal position that embodies the company's commitment to exceptional customer service. Serving as the first point of contact for all members and guests, the Membership Concierge I ensures that every interaction is warm, welcoming, and positively impactful. In this role, you are more than just a front desk presence; you are a valued ambassador for Life Time’s mission to inspire healthy lifestyles. This part-time position requires a minimum of 15 hours per week and includes a comprehensive concierge certification upon hire, ensuring you are well-prepared to excel. - Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience
