The role in question is that of a Dumpling Trainee located at Din Tai Fung’s University Village location in Seattle, Washington. Compensation for this position starts at $23.25 per hour, with the exact rate contingent upon prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and other market factors. This base pay does not include potential bonuses or other benefits. As a Dumpling Trainee, you will be trained extensively in the art of preparing, folding, and steaming dumplings in a state-of-the-art show kitchen. The culinary workspace requires employees to maintain a clean, professional, and tidy appearance at all times since much of the work is visible to diners. This trainee role acts as a foundation for a promising career path within Din Tai Fung, offering hands-on training that equips you with specific culinary skills necessary for success.
