The role of Guest Service Captain at Towne Park involves orchestrating the service experience for hotel guests by working collaboratively with coworkers to ensure that the site’s high service standards are consistently met or exceeded. Serving under the direction of the Account Manager, the Guest Service Captain assumes additional responsibilities related to coordination, administration, and troubleshooting when managerial presence is not available on-site. Although this position is not categorized as a managerial role, it does require the ability to handle critical issues, make timely judgment calls when necessary, and communicate effectively with the Account Manager for non-urgent matters. Compensation for this role includes a competitive hourly wage of $17 per hour plus tips, with an additional $2 shift differential for overnight hours. The work schedule is flexible, spanning Monday through Sunday. 
The Guest Service Captain plays an essential part in maintaining Towne Park's dedication to 'Aggressive Hospitality' by engaging with guests warmly and professionally, performing diverse operational duties including vehicle handling, guest check-in, and managing guest inquiries with detailed knowledge of the client’s facility and local attractions. The role also involves leadership within the team by promoting teamwork, delegating routine assignments during shifts, and adjusting staffing levels based on business needs as directed by the Account Manager.
