We are currently seeking motivated and engaged individuals with an active Commercial Driver's License (CDL) to join our team as Mixer Operators. This full-time role involves operating and maintaining concrete mixer trucks, accurately loading and mixing concrete ingredients according to detailed specifications, and delivering high-quality concrete products to various construction sites. Mixer Operators are key to ensuring both the efficiency and safety of production, as well as maintaining positive interactions with customers and the general public. In this role, you will work closely with the dispatch team to schedule and route deliveries efficiently, conduct thorough vehicle inspections, and assist with maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, excellent communication skills, the ability to work well within a team, and a focus on delivering best-in-class service that reflects the core principles of SRM Concrete.   • Active CDL Class A or B license
  • Current DOT Medical Card
  • Physically able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in various weather conditions
  • Proven safe driving record
  • Ability to maintain professional and courteous interactions with customers and the public
  • Reliable team player with strong communication skills
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug screen, physical examination, and background checks
  • Availability to work overtime including daily and weekly after-hours as needed
