The role of an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk, also known as an In-Store Grocery Shopper, is integral to Ralphs' e-commerce operations. This position involves selecting and gathering products for customers' online orders efficiently, with a keen eye for freshness and quality. The clerk is responsible for assembling orders accurately, processing coupons and payments, and delivering and loading orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup, ensuring a positive and seamless customer service experience that encourages repeat business. This position requires excellent communication skills to handle any substitutions or exceptions and to maintain customer satisfaction.
