This role is for a Barback position offered on a part-time basis, ideal for individuals eager to contribute actively in a fast-paced bar environment. The Barback is responsible for supporting the bar team by maintaining inventory, cleanliness, and organization at all bar stations, liquor rooms, storage areas, and back of house sections throughout the venue. This role requires physical activity, including lifting heavy objects and standing for the entire shift while ensuring a pleasant atmosphere and superior guest interactions.
The Barback plays a crucial role in the daily operations by preparing syrups, mixes, and garnishes; completing opening, running, and closing duties efficiently; managing stock levels with proper rotation of liquor, beer, wine, and consumables; and maintaining cleanliness to high standards. This position demands strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and a positive, professional attitude. Success in this role also includes maintaining compliance with all safety regulations, liquor laws, and company policies, as well as promptly reporting any incidents or stock discrepancies.

                - High school diploma or equivalent required
 - Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
 - 21+ years of age
 - Possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards, including ABC Server’s Permit
 - Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
 - Knowledge of basic bar and restaurant operations and liquor, beer, and wine brand names
 - Knowledge of drink recipes and proper garnish, cutting, and presentation
 - Proper lifting techniques, inventory and stock rotation
 - Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift
 - Ability to lift, push and pull up to 20 pounds
 - Work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
 - Ability to be exposed to day life/nightlife environmental factors including but not limited to second-hand smoke, excessive noise, flashing/strobe lights, and stress levels related to interacting with guests in a fast-paced environment
