They are currently seeking a highly skilled and innovative Corporate Chef to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for culinary professionals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and are passionate about leadership and mentoring. The primary responsibility of the Corporate Chef will be to provide strategic culinary leadership and guidance across multiple locations predominantly covering Maryland, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Virginia areas. The role involves partnering with clients to design and implement custom menu cycles, participating in new account openings and renovation projects, recruiting and assessing culinary talent, and fostering professional growth for culinary teams through training and mentorship. The Corporate Chef will also collaborate closely with the Corporate Executive Chef, regional operation leaders, and unit-level teams to ensure alignment with company culinary standards and operational goals.
This is a hands-on leadership position requiring an individual with a strong culinary background and the ability to inspire teams to achieve high performance and creativity. The candidate must uphold best practices in food safety and preparation while maintaining accountability and ownership in all aspects of their work. The position demands extensive travel—up to 80 percent of the time—to cover the various territories. - Degree in culinary arts or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum five years of progressive leadership experience in culinary management
- Experience managing multi-unit operations preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- ServSafe certification required
- Ability to travel extensively up to 80 percent of the time
