- Prior leadership experience required
- 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant strongly preferred
- Knowledge of all applicable laws and company policies
- Ability to manage food and labor costs
- Ability to mentor, coach, and discipline employees
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Proficient with computers
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends
- Adherence to safety and health standards
