The institution's dynamic team environment supports continuous learning and collaboration among faculty, staff, and students. The role of Custodial Operations Specialist at CFCC involves delivering outstanding custodial services with the goal of creating a world-class guest experience at the Wilson Center. This position requires meticulous attention to cleaning and maintenance responsibilities, such as operating various cleaning equipment including mops, vacuums, and power washers, as well as comprehensive cleaning of all center areas including lobbies, restrooms, performance halls, hallways, dressing rooms, offices, and elevators. The specialist ensures that facilities remain pristine by performing duties like washing windows and doors, dusting woodwork and furniture, collecting and disposing of waste, and maintaining restroom supplies. The Custodial Operations Specialist works under the direct supervision of the Guest Experience Coordinator and in close coordination with the Hospitality Coordinator, ensuring seamless communication and efficiency in event and daily operations. This entry-level role demands the ability to work weekends, evenings, or third shifts as needed, demonstrating flexibility and dedication.
