In the role of a Checkout Aisle Attendant, you will be an essential frontline team member responsible for delivering friendly, efficient, and accurate service to customers at retail locations that operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with limited exceptions. Working generally 6-8 hour shifts between 5:00 am and 1:00 am, you will operate either a two aisle check stand, a multi-station self-checkout (SCO) lane, or a customer service desk, depending on the store's necessity. This role demands an individual who can maintain a pleasant and professional atmosphere, engage customers with enthusiasm, and handle transactions securely and accurately. The Checkout Aisle Attendant is pivotal in ensuring an exceptional shopping experience by greeting customers warmly, suggesting additional sales while being considerate of customers’ needs, and adhering strictly to all policies concerning payment methods and age-restricted products. Accuracy in scanning products, managing various forms of payment including cash, checks, coupons, and food stamp processing is critical.   • Work varied shifts in a 24/7 operation including night, weekends and holidays
  • perform friendly, courteous, tactful relations with customers and co-workers with composure

  • conduct visual inspection, read information on merchandise
  • lift and maneuver objects of varying dimensions and weights up to 20 lbs. frequently and perform repetitious work accurately
