Working in either full-time or part-time capacities, team members will be responsible for a variety of cleaning and maintenance functions that uphold the hotel’s reputation for excellence. The pay rate of $16.50 per hour reflects the company’s commitment to fair compensation. Candidates must be ready for a flexible work schedule that includes weekends, holidays, and shifting shifts to accommodate the hotel’s operational needs. Responsibilities include thorough cleaning of public spaces per franchise and hotel protocols, attending to guest complaints with professionalism to ensure satisfaction, and monitoring cleanliness and safety standards at all times. Associates are expected to adhere to all housekeeping, safety, and security policies, along with performing deep and seasonal cleaning tasks as scheduled, restoring cleaning carts at shift end, and executing additional duties as assigned.
