  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • two years of experience as a line cook or equivalent formal training
  • experience in custodial work strongly preferred
  • demonstrate a positive attitude, with ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds and circumstances
  • able to maintain a non-judgement attitude, professional approach and boundaries with clients
  • able to handle emergency situations including crowd management and conflict resolution skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
