The General Manager position at Wingstop - FWS offers a dynamic and rewarding role integral to the store's overall success. This is an hourly paid job with a compensation range of $26.00 to $30.00 per hour, translating into a yearly total compensation between $65K and $85K, depending on experience and location. As the General Manager, you will act as the primary leader responsible for overseeing daily store operations in partnership with the District Manager. Your role encompasses managing both the front- and back-of-house teams to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient operational results. You're expected to demonstrate strong leadership skills, maintain high company standards, and foster an inviting and positive workplace culture. - Minimum of 2 years of previous food service or restaurant supervisory experience
- Food Handler Certification required
- Experience using a computer and register (POS) system

- Must be able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and carry, push, or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
