The role of General Manager within McCans Sonic Group is crucial to ensuring that each Drive-In location operates smoothly and successfully. As the highest-ranking individual within the Drive-In, the General Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring that all aspects of the site meet rigorous quality, safety, and customer service standards. This leadership position requires someone with a passion for food service and a strong capability in managing teams, finances, and operational logistics.
General Managers are responsible for hiring, training, and developing a team dedicated to delivering a SuperSONIC experience. They embody a leadership style that is fair, firm, and fun, setting a positive tone for the workplace environment. Strong financial acumen is necessary as the manager is accountable for managing profit and loss statements, aiming to exceed financial goals weekly, monthly, and yearly.
