The role of a Coffee Shop Associate at SpartanNash is an essential position that involves preparing coffee beverages and food items, managing cash register operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. Located at 726 N. As a Coffee Shop Associate, you will be the face of SpartanNash's coffee services, responsible for brewing, mixing, and blending beverages according to set standards, and preparing food following established procedures. In addition to beverage and food preparation, the role requires operating cash registers accurately to process various payment methods including cash, credit cards, gift certificates, and coupons. Associates will be expected to maintain product displays, rotate stock, and communicate current store promotions and loyalty programs to customers effectively.
