Additionally, the Traffic Control Technician will review and execute temporary traffic control plans and standards, help coordinate with customers on-site, and maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local traffic control guidelines. This position demands the ability to set up and dismantle traffic control devices like advanced warning signs and channelizing devices for work zones of moderate complexity. It also includes operating company vehicles responsibly to transport equipment and personnel, communicating via radio, and practicing vigilant safety procedures. Employees in this role will be entrusted with mentoring and coaching junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and professional work environment. • Traffic Control Technician (TCT) certification or 2000+ verifiable hours required
• valid driver's license void of suspension or revocation required
