The Manufacturing Supervisor role is a key position within the Manufacturing team at Tropicana Brands Group. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with safety policies, maintaining product quality and sanitation standards, and optimizing operational efficiencies to support blending and production activities. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include tracking operational output measures such as efficiency, yield loss, product quality, inventory accuracy, and transactional accuracy. The Manufacturing Supervisor anticipates and corrects trends that could compromise financial targets, develops the team to solve day-to-day operational issues, and helps reach both short- and long-term performance goals. Delivering effective change leadership to manage business changes with minimal impact on personnel is essential, as is collaborating across departments to resolve operational challenges. Motivating team members to achieve plan goals and incorporating initiatives like Productivity, Yield Loss, TPM Continuous Improvement, and Innovation into the manufacturing strategic plan are also key components of the role. A regular presence on the plant floor ensures hands-on leadership and operational oversight. This position is located in City of Industry, CA, and requires willingness to work onsite daily, including off-shift and weekend work as necessary. The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $112,000 annually, reflecting the importance of this position within the organization.
