The Bar Supervisor role is an essential supervisory position within this renowned arena, designed for an individual who thrives in high-energy settings and demonstrates strong leadership capabilities. This position involves overseeing the alcohol service operations at various bar stations during events, ensuring that all guests receive top-quality service while compliance with safety and company policies is strictly maintained. The Bar Supervisor plays a vital role in coordinating staff logistics such as inventory management, staff training, and operational readiness before events begin. This role requires the ability to enforce alcohol service regulations including age verification and identifying intoxicated guests, ensuring a secure and responsible service environment.
This position is part-time, offering flexible hours aligned with scheduled events, and pays an hourly rate between $14.00 and $16.00. The role includes involvement in projects supporting the Concessions Bar and Premium Management teams and requires maintaining excellent attendance. Offering opportunities for hands-on leadership development and event operations experience, the Bar Supervisor must be personable, resourceful, and committed to upholding the highest customer service standards while fostering a positive work environment for team members. In addition to operational duties, the Bar Supervisor contributes to employee relations, coaching, and ensuring compliance with company policies regarding safety and harassment.
