We are currently seeking a skilled Spa Service Technician to join our team at Capital Hot Tubs under Leslie's company umbrella. This role focuses on the maintenance and servicing of client water systems both residentially and commercially. The successful candidate will interact regularly with customers, providing superior service, expert recommendations, and general guidance to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This position requires delivering quality workmanship with a strong emphasis on customer service, professionalism, and ethical standards. The role demands adherence to all company directives and policies including safe driving and workplace habits, as well as maintaining a neat and professional appearance at all times. As part of your responsibilities, you will manage customers' water quality by conducting tests and adjusting chlorine and pH levels as necessary. Preventative maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters, bulbs in underwater lighting, and other essential duties will be a daily expectation. You will be responsible for draining and refilling hot tubs and swim spas, maintaining a well-stocked inventory of necessary equipment and chemicals, and using specialized equipment like spa vacuum cleaners and telescopic poles to clean spa floors and remove debris. Assessment and repair of corrosion, cracks, and leaks in spa walls or flooring are also included. Additionally, you may be required to perform deliveries and operate Leslie's company vehicle, maintaining proper driving standards. The role includes keeping accurate records of all activities and working collaboratively with the service team to ensure a superior experience for every Leslie's customer. This full-time position offers competitive pay ranging from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour.
