The role of Warehouse Production Associate is critical within the facility's operations, tasked with maintaining safety and efficiency while handling parts and materials in a fast-paced production environment. Employees in this position must have a strong attention to detail to ensure the quality of the products manufactured and final packed parts before shipping. The Warehouse Production Associate’s shift includes a unique schedule on the C Crew Shift, working four days with two day shifts (Friday and Saturday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM) followed by two night shifts (Sunday and Monday from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM). This varied schedule provides the associate with an engaging shift pattern while supporting operational demands. Staff Management | SMX offers a competitive hourly wage of $16.50, along with weekly paychecks and flexible options for payment through direct deposit or cash card.
