Warehouse Associate - $18 to $20 per HOUR

The Tire Recycling Assistant is a full-time position with an hourly pay range of $18.00 to $20.00, offering steady work of 40 to 48 hours per week. This role is vital to our daily operations and requires a dependable, safety-conscious individual who will assist in managing the physical processing of tires, machinery operation, and workplace maintenance in our industrial recycling environment. The role involves manual labor and requires adherence to safety protocols, making a strong work ethic and attentiveness to detail essential qualities. Additionally, the position requires Spanish bilingual skills to support effective communication in our diverse work environment. The Tire Recycling Assistant will be responsible for loading and unloading tires, inspecting incoming materials, operating tire shredding and processing equipment, and maintaining cleanliness in the workspace. Training is provided for equipment operation, and the assistant will also support routine maintenance and report processing volumes to supervisors as required. This role occasionally involves working outdoors and in noisy conditions, so candidates must be comfortable in those environments and willing to work flexible hours or overtime as necessary to meet operational demands.
