San Antonio College, offers both full-time and part-time employment opportunities with pay ranging from $20 to $24 per hour. This position is ideal for experienced individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment overseeing food operations that may include fast casual dining, coffee and counter service, cafeterias, events and banquets, and cafes. Working primarily afternoon and evening shifts on varying days, this key supervisory role requires excellent multitasking abilities and strong leadership skills to support daily operations and ensure top quality service. As a Food Supervisor, you will provide on-site oversight under management direction to coordinate and direct routine work activities of food service employees. Responsibilities include supporting management in critical functions, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment, facilitating employee training and orientation, and actively engaging with customers to maintain high standards of quality and service. Your role is pivotal in addressing customer concerns and resolving service issues promptly to enhance the overall dining experience. Ideal candidates for the Food Supervisor position will possess at least one year of related work experience, with prior supervisory experience preferred. A valid driver's license is required.
