We are currently seeking part-time Waitstaff to join our dining team, working either from 11am to 2pm or 6:30am to 2:30pm. This role is a critical part of our commitment to excellent customer service and operational efficiency within our dining facilities. The position primarily focuses on delivering superior table service to our residents and guests, ensuring that each dining experience meets the highest standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction. As a Waitstaff member at The Community at Rockhill, you will play a vital role in greeting residents warmly, taking their food orders accurately, and delivering their meals in a courteous and professional manner. This position requires an individual who is attentive to detail, can maintain a clean and sanitary dining environment, and works effectively within a team setting. Your responsibilities will include clearing tables promptly between courses, resetting tables for upcoming meal services, assisting with food preparation when required, stocking the salad bar, and adhering to food handling and infection control guidelines such as HACCP standards. The role is designed to support the overall dining service by performing various cleaning tasks and side jobs, maintaining operational equipment safely, and attending scheduled meetings and in-services to stay updated on company policies and service standards. Dress code compliance and adherence to established company procedures are essential to maintain a professional atmosphere within the dining area. • High school diploma or equivalent
• previous experience in food service or waitstaff preferred
