We are currently seeking an excellent General Manager to join our dynamic management team. This role is hourly with a competitive compensation range of $26.00 to $29.00 per hour, translating into an annual total compensation between $65,000 and $85,000 depending on experience and location. This total includes base hourly pay, quarterly bonuses, health benefits, paid time off, 401k matching, and other incentives such as free meals. The General Manager will work closely alongside the District Manager to oversee daily store operations, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and operational efficiency are continually met. As the leader of the store, the General Manager plays a vital role in recruiting, training, coaching, and developing a front- and back-of-house team committed to excellence. This individual will be the driving force behind achieving business goals through effective team management and by fostering a culture grounded in integrity, respect, and performance. Candidates must have strong restaurant leadership experience, a passion for growing a business, and a demonstrated ability to handle multiple demanding responsibilities with professionalism and care. The General Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks including employee scheduling, inventory tracking, food safety enforcement, customer service problem resolution, and operational inspections to maintain the highest standards in all facets of the restaurant. This position demands a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and superior leadership and communication skills to inspire and manage the team effectively. With daily interaction between team members and the District Manager, this role serves as a critical link ensuring operational consistency and adherence to corporate policies and goals. Ideal candidates will possess a guest-focused mentality, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a commitment to continuous learning and development both for themselves and their team. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods, consistently maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy facility. Flexibility in working hours is necessary, as shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and late nights.   • Minimum of 2 years previous food service or restaurant supervisory experience
