The role of Route Service Representative within the Rental Division at Cintas is a vital position designed for individuals passionate about customer service and sales. The representative will manage and grow customer accounts by servicing an established route, delivering and picking up rented uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service items. This position combines physical work in fast-paced indoor and outdoor environments with sales as representatives work within an existing customer base to upsell and cross-sell products and services. Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive 10-week training program, equipping them with the skills necessary to excel in the role and ultimately handle their own route with potential for earning commissions on top of a competitive base salary. Most partners benefit from a four-day workweek with minimal night and weekend work required, alongside monthly and quarterly performance bonuses and incentives that reward dedication and results. As the face of Cintas to customers, Route Service Representatives must cultivate strong relationships with key decision makers, ensuring quality standards and proactively addressing customer concerns. They will be responsible for negotiating service agreement renewals, controlling inventory, and maintaining compliance with driving and vehicle safety regulations.
