Hilton Grand Vacations is currently offering an exciting opportunity for individuals to join their team as a Bellperson/Valet. This role is pivotal in ensuring that every guest receives a warm welcome and outstanding service from the moment they arrive at the property. As a Bellperson/Valet, you will be the first person owners and guests encounter on the resort premises, making it essential to possess a friendly personality and a strong desire to deliver exceptional hospitality. Your primary goal in this role is to "WOW" every guest by assisting with luggage handling, parking vehicles, and providing helpful information about the resort’s amenities and services. You will serve as a vital link between the guests and the resort, enhancing their experience through personal connections and outstanding service.
This role also involves supervising the property entrance, maintaining a clean and organized lobby area, and assisting with special requests or other departmental duties as needed. - 6 months customer service experience
- Valid driver's license
- Self-starting personality with an even disposition
