The Butler Runner role is an essential part of delivering exceptional personalized service at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood. Reporting directly to the Butler Manager or Lead Butler, the Butler Runner supports the butler team in ensuring all guest requests are addressed promptly and efficiently. This position demands multitasking and prioritization skills to manage numerous guest services simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and friendly service. Butler Runners are the operational backbone ensuring suites are perfected for arrivals, amenities are carefully set up, and dining orders are efficiently coordinated between the butler pantry and various food and beverage outlets across the hotel.
This full-time role requires someone with a thorough knowledge of the resort’s extensive dining options, an approachable demeanor, and the ability to anticipate and react to guest and butler team needs. Responsibilities include preparing suites for arrivals with attention to ambience and readiness, managing the delivery and replenishment of amenities and in-room dining orders, and maintaining a clean, organized butler pantry compliant with safety regulations. Additionally, Butler Runners may assist in purchasing specialty items for guests, handling turn down services, and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
