About the Role: The US Concerts division at Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a dedicated VIP Host who will play a critical role in delivering a premium hospitality experience. The VIP Host is responsible for providing outstanding service and recognition to Live Nation Executives and VIP guests, fostering appreciation for their patronage. This role requires presenting a professional and polished appearance, demonstrating articulate communication skills, and maintaining a warm and inviting lounge atmosphere. The host will serve as a resource for guests, providing information about their experience in lounges and music areas, ensuring smooth seating procedures, and assisting guests with concert schedules, including supporting and headliner acts. Furthermore, the VIP Host acts as a liaison between guests, venue managers, bar staff, and servers, maintaining effective communication to elevate the guest experience. Monitoring and upholding the ambiance of the lounge or seating areas is essential, along with anticipating guests’ needs and delivering superior service promptly and effectively. The successful candidate will be diplomatic, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, adept in verbal and organizational skills, and skilled at diffusing potentially sensitive situations with tact and professionalism. • High school diploma or equivalent
