The VIP Host role is an essential part of delivering premium experiences to concert patrons. This position involves selling VIP upgrades such as premium seats, priority entry, and other luxury service products on the night of shows. VIP Hosts manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry through payment processing to ensuring the fulfillment of the VIP experience. They are responsible for checking in guests, escorting VIP clients, anticipating their needs during the venue visit, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. The role demands a professional demeanor, excellent grooming standards, and strong interpersonal skills to recognize and appreciate VIP clients and industry executives appropriately. Coordination with VIP Supervisors and Leads is vital to execute the seamless delivery of premium experiences, including setting up VIP areas, personalizing VIP tables, and managing signage. The ideal candidate brings experience from high-end restaurant or VIP nightclub operations, strong conflict resolution skills, and a capacity for multitasking under pressure. Flexibility to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays is required given the business needs. The working environment is fast-paced and often loud, requiring stamina for prolonged periods of standing and the physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds safely.   • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations and/or VIP nightclub operations and high-end guest relations
  • Experience in selling to high-end, VIP clients
  • Ability to diffuse possibly volatile situations with tact and diplomacy
  • Exemplary attention to detail, outgoing personality, sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
  • Skills in problem solving, handling multiple tasks, with strong verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, loud, and sometimes stressful environment
