This role is essential in managing all logistics related to the safe, efficient, and profitable execution of the company’s flight operations. The company requires this position to be performed on-site at their Vineland office, offering a schedule that alternates between day and evening shifts. This is not a remote position and candidates must be prepared to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The Flight Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring all aspects of flight operations adhere to FAA regulations and company standards. A basic knowledge of FAA regulations and experience with domestic and international aircraft operations is crucial for success in this role. The Flight Coordinator must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to efficiently multi-task while maintaining a strong ethic of teamwork. This demanding and occasionally hectic environment requires a high-performing self-starter who is detail-oriented and can consistently deliver exceptional service. The Flight Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring flights from their point of origin to final destination, confirming all necessary permits and ground support arrangements, and managing operational challenges that may arise. They will also handle flight crew scheduling, ensure compliance with duty and rest requirements, and coordinate logistics such as hotel and rental car arrangements for crew members. Proficiency with the ARINCDirect Flight Operations System (FOS) is expected as part of the role. • At least 1 year of experience in charter operations or hold an FAA dispatcher license
