The Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a crucial role as a second-level supervisor within our restaurant management hierarchy. This position is directly responsible for the daily operational management, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning in all areas of the restaurant. The Assistant Restaurant Manager oversees employee selection, training, and performance management, fostering a motivated and competent team to uphold our high standards. Holding a CPFM (Certified Food Protection Manager) certification or an equivalent credential is mandatory due to the responsibilities related to food preparation, handling, and safety.
