The role of Vice President, Field Operations - Luxury, is a critical leadership position within Hyatt Hotels Corporation, responsible for overseeing the operational performance and strategic direction of approximately 17 luxury hotels across the Americas. Beyond operational oversight, the Vice President, Field Operations - Luxury, plays a crucial role in talent development, mentoring General Managers to cultivate leadership skills and prepare the next generation of Hyatt hotel leaders. This role also involves stewardship of the Hyatt luxury brands by ensuring brand standards are rigorously maintained and aligned with evolving guest expectations, thereby safeguarding the unique identity and reputation of the hotels under their management. • 15+ years of operations leadership across hotels and/or resorts including luxury market experience
• Minimum of 5 years as a General Manager with proven success
• Demonstrated expertise in building and sustaining owner relationships
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business or related field preferred
