The role of Veterinary Receptionist at Park Hills Animal Hospital is vital to our practice. As the first and last point of contact for our clients, the Veterinary Receptionist serves as the heart of the operation, responsible for creating a positive and lasting impression. The pay range for this role is $16 to $22 per hour, depending on the candidate's skills, relevant experience, and education level. The Veterinary Receptionist’s responsibilities include greeting clients and their pets warmly upon arrival, managing appointment schedules efficiently, handling payments and billing accurately, and maintaining clear communication through phone and email channels. In addition to interacting directly with clients, the Veterinary Receptionist will be responsible for documenting and maintaining client records within our business operations software, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
