The role we are offering is integral to the smooth operation of our hospital and the quality of client experience. As a client service team member, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, greeting them warmly and providing timely, courteous service. Your responsibilities will include managing client communications via phone and email, scheduling appointments, processing payments, registering incoming and outgoing patients, and maintaining the cleanliness and order of the client waiting area. You will also be responsible for accurately documenting client and patient information within our business operations software and escalating complex issues to senior staff members when necessary. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a collaborative spirit to work effectively with all levels of hospital personnel.
